Cooking For You.ca has been providing meal services in Calgary since 2004. Our first menu consisted of 17 choices. Now we offers over 50 choices, including gluten free meals, desserts, and side dishes. We were the first private company in Calgary to offer home delivered prepared meals. Our meals can be reheaated in the microwave or the oven and instructions are labelled on every container.

We always do our best to provide the healthiest meal options possible. While we want to eliminate many unhealthy ingredients such as excess sodium from our meals, where possible, we also do not want to neglect the enjoyment of good tasting food. Our continued efforts to provide a variety of dishes will offer new tastes your family will love as well as offering the old faithfuls like mom made when she had time!
Working Hours
Best of all we deliver your order to your home. You don’t even need to be there for the delivery, just leave a cooler out and we will put your order into it. Then just pop them in your freezer. We offer our 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our menu items.

At CookingforYou.ca, we add no preservatives to our food as all our meals are fresh cooked, packaged, and then flash frozen at the precise moment to maintain their optimal freshness. We continue our efforts to source locally and use organic ingredients when we can while keeping our prices affordable. We own and operate our own health certified, licensed kitchen in Calgary, no contractors cook for us, because of this you know you are getting exactly what you ordered!
